Well with time you will improve maybe, I was a too sensitive person, but when I got in job and all socializing then I realized it's all just keeping your brain straight.

@LittleCreates thanks for replying with your own perspective and experience, I too have a demanding job meeting alot of people and I can deal with it but it takes a long time to recharge when so much information is processed. The nervous system is much more sensitive and it is not a choice. Although it is a choice whether we are a victim to our surroundings or in control of them. Just surround yourself with good and loving vibes and no damage is done. I see your point and Im not offended 🙏
