I Want to be Understood By Just One Person

crazy how many fronts people can put up depending on who u are around. i feel like no one knows me for who i am 100% but just the little pieces i let them. it’s exhausting trying to find someone who understands when i won’t even let them :( the walls we build don’t need to be this high but i don’t have the energy to tear them down at least not yet

How about making a little hole in that wall instead of tearing it down, so we can, at least, talk to each other?

And when you find there's enough trust, maybe we can make that hole a little bigger.
