I Am Sick of Politics

No wonder I feel more depressed than ever...I need to get away from all the politics and negativity that comes from it. It's like breathing in toxic fumes.

I need to get my psyche back to Rumi, Tagore, Gibran, and the lovers of this world. Those who exude love and peace upon the heart and mind and bring comfort.

Breathe in Love. Breathe out Peace. So much better.

@booboo: you don't know who is the telling the truth anymore. a lady voting for the first time said it best. if they would stop with the crap and discuss the issues, she would feel better.

@akindheart: Issues are no longer important to the media, it's just sensationalism and tabloid journalism with sex, lies, and videotape being their only focus.

@booboo: If the media would get their act together and start acting like professional journalists, they would set the tone for the country. Unfortunately, if you have a press in the gutter, society follows suit.

They no longer report the news, they manipulate and spin events like practiced politicians.

@Carissimi: yeah, all for the sake of the almighty dollar...ratings are priority one now..and I still believe that the whole Ferguson ordeal was fueled by the media..there wasn't much "news" happening at the time, so they blew that whole thing way out of proportion...
