I Am Sick of Politics

No wonder I feel more depressed than ever...I need to get away from all the politics and negativity that comes from it. It's like breathing in toxic fumes.

I need to get my psyche back to Rumi, Tagore, Gibran, and the lovers of this world. Those who exude love and peace upon the heart and mind and bring comfort.

Breathe in Love. Breathe out Peace. So much better.

Im sick if it too...I try to get away, but its like the plague, it's everywhere! People banging on about it like i give a crap! <I don't even watch TV!

Best choice you will make, getting away from it :) Ps - Launching your TV like a schizophrenics out the window will do massive favours for your energy and vibes! :D ;)

I am going for a bike ride. Being surrounded by nature is a natural mood lifter for me.

I plan on going down to the lake and watching the wildlife. Enjoy your bike ride. I'd ride mine, but my back is playing up again, so I'll be driving.
