I Have a Bad Feeling

I don’t know what it is, but for the past few days I’ve had this horrible feeling. I don’t know what it means. I don’t know why I have it. I don’t even know if anything is actually going to happened. But I had this overwhelming sense of needing to get my affairs in order in my gut. This is the longest I’ve gone without wanting to hurt myself and I haven’t had those feelings in a while. I but keep having the nagging sensation that something is going to happen soon. I just have this bad feeling of doom draping over me.
