I Am An Old Soul

I have been told this multiple times and I don't really understand how >.< Ever since I was little my family would always joke that I was an old woman stuck in a young girls body. IDK if it is a bad thing or a good thing. Anyone else feel the same way or get told the same things?

It's nothing to worry about. It means you're more enlightened and further along in your spiritual journey. You can do some reading on it. These are two good books I've read:
Many Lives, Many Masters, and Messages From The Masters both by Brian Weiss. There's others but those are written by a sceptic so the evidence he cites is the foundational basis.
