I Need A Friend, A Dear Friend

I used to be someone who would block people when I see them post or comment something sensual. But then I realized, maybe there's more to some of them so I'm trying to be more open. Unfortunately, I still find people who I'd rather run away from. On the other side, I also get to meet nice people here.

I haven't really found someone who I can connect with in the site. I have "friends" who are showing potential for something more sincere and more real for a friendship, and I'd like to see where it goes.

So basically, this post is me reaching out to someone who shares the same thought and is looking for honest friendship without hidden agendas. From a real person to another. Wanna be friends? :)

@SW-User Yes, I think I'm starting to get that there's always more to people. I do agree that true friendship is hard to find.

I think you are asking for heartache and disappointment looking for "real friends" on the internet. Real friendship requires mutual experiences together...good and bad...together over a period of time. There's no eye contact here, no body language, no way of knowing who you are talking to. We toss that word "friend" around nowadays till it is washed out and has no meaning anymore. Why are you looking online and not in real life? Just wondering what the reason is

@Fernie Oh, I have real friends. I have no problem on that. But there's nothing wrong with being connected to people.

There's something good and captivating in the mystery of trying to connect people without meeting. But then if you actually find someone you can connect with, perhaps you can meet one day. Who knows anyway?

That does seem like you are friendless and looking here for a friend. You kind of contradict yourself. If you have friends in real ife...what is this about?

@Fernie Social media? What else? Haha. I can think why you're reading too much into it. But what I don't understand is why you're trying to make it sound like a bad business that someone's reaching out to people. Are you okay?

If you want an answer, because from posts I've read about EP, this site has a lot of potential for finding good people. And I'd like to experience it and have a good adventure of my own in here.
