I Have A Confesson

I have a strange addiction.
I have always wanted the ones that are not good for me.
Somehow, love has to come with shades of pain.
Cold and dark always drag me in.
You would think I would get stronger with age but I'm hopeless and that terrifies me.

Any suggestions?

I’m not sure I even know how to put myself first . It always comes with a sense of shame.
However I realize that my daughter is watching me and learning from me and I don’t want her to learn to be the same way.
So, I am trying to change ..
