I Have A Confesson

I have a strange addiction.
I have always wanted the ones that are not good for me.
Somehow, love has to come with shades of pain.
Cold and dark always drag me in.
You would think I would get stronger with age but I'm hopeless and that terrifies me.

Any suggestions?

It has a bit to do with my upbringing .
Its complicated
To me , it doesn't matter why I'm this way I'm just trying to not go down the same spiral again
