@Elevatorpitches i agree. Loneliness is opportunity and even community of spiritual people is desirable for many. Not every is ready for solitude . If you serve in community (karma yoga they call it) you get "clean" enough to digest loneliness and to make good use of it. otherwise negative depressing thoughts will cloud us in aloneness.

Depends. There is no blanket right way to seek besides accepting truth and asking God for guidance.
For some it may involve silence but for others it may involve reaching out more.
