Does your anxiety ever slip into your dreams?

Mine has lately. I have been having bad dreams that someone I love is betraying me and leaving me. Even though, in real life this is not a concern, I still wake up with the feelings from the dream as if it had actually happened. :(

I used to have a similar dream too Haha it was reoccurring as well. But um yeah stress can do that

@Dolimyte When I was in a really toxic relationship I stopped remembering my dreams altogether. It was weird.

Gosh yes. I went back to my old work place and man I started to sweat and my anxiety built up so bad. 🥺 very uncomfortable.
