Were you a happy child or a worry wart?

SW-User
My father always made sure we had nothing but happiness. He had a way with words too. Focusing on the good times and laughing a lot is what he taught us. It worked cause I can't say I had a thing to worry about.

I was a fucked up child who was terrified of my father, and for good reason.
@NigelDoes:
How sad..🙁

I was either very happy or pissed off. Never worried. Anxiety even now is foreign to me.
Edit: this is odd to me. After the age of maybe 8, I don't feel I was a child due to things that happened. If we count up until high school, then I'd say I was mostly depressed.

Happiness was rare; from the time I was a very small child, I was always worried about how I was perceived by others, if I was good enough, if I was pleasing enough. Ugh. 🙄

I was pretty happy until I started having medical issues, then I became a worrier.

@ColleenOhara: I think parents worry alittle more about girls. I had two of them.
@jackson55: I guesss so. Had all boys.
