I've been wondering if trump and his backers wanted the plan to fail because of the fear that millions of people losing their health care would bite them in the ass. Now, I see that Ryan just announced that O'bamacare is going nowhere.

I think this gives trump a way of blaming it on the more conservative GOP members who wanted to gut the plan but keeps him from being blamed for millions of people losing their insurance
