You ever got so drunk that you were still wasted when you got to work in the morning?

One word: regret
CheshireCatalyst · 36-40, M
Yeah but it was in a secure hospital so most of the nurses were alcoholics or on a comedown anyway. Nobody noticed one more.
AliceMortem · 31-35, F
Haha nice one. I've literally been staggering around. Telling everyone I'm tired, good job I don't drive here
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
ChasingBrainBros: Just another reason to avoid being hospitalized if possible.
SweetMae · 70-79, F
That is why the Army runs the recruits every morning.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
No never and I don't know why bother showing up if that happens. They could give alcohol & drug tests to workers for that and dismiss them the last couple places where I worked.
AliceMortem · 31-35, F
They don't do that where I work. Having a heavy night isn't really an excuse to have time off the day after
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Adelh91: They considered it a legal liability to let people work if they had been drinking or using illegal drugs or even legal drugs that had not be prescribed (borrowed from a family member for example) so they put a drug and alcohol policy in place and made us take several classes at the university...if we had any kind of accident or anything that would raise a red flag (getting into an argument with someone) even if it wasn't our fault they could send us for testing.
MougyWolf · 36-40, M
Not too often with the booze, but I've gone to work still off my face on drugs, or in the aftermath of a night on drugs, ect... not a good idea, really.
AliceMortem · 31-35, F
Omg comedowns at work are the absolute worst!
Socialclutz · 36-40, M
It never happened for me that way I was always just hungover and sick. Yes I know the regret
AliceMortem · 31-35, F
I drank so much I haven't hit the hangover yet
Socialclutz · 36-40, M
Lmao 😂 I wish that would happen to me right now. Have fun girl!!!
RemovedUsername83534 · 46-50, F
Sure! That regret is what I call " the fear" it will subside once you've eaten and slept your way through it, I find.
TheShanachie · 61-69, M
LMAO!! I am 58 years old, but when I was 22-25 or so, I had this problem frequently! Then the 2 o'clock hangover LOL~
