How dumb can people get?

I saw a picture a while back that said stop the spread. It was an image of sitting on a subway. I thought it was about education to prevent sexually transmitted disease, but no my mistake it was a campaign to stop men from sitting with their legs spread apart on half empty subways. I don't know maybe there is a bulge there that's uncomfortable to sit with ones legs closed. These "campaigners" really need to get a life.
