Stop ingesting things you're allergic to.

@skyxmint: I also have 2 teachers that I can tell anything to, so I might see if either of them have any advice.

@skyxmint: Thank you. My mom said it gets better as you get older, but in the past 3.5 years it hasn't been getting any better.
Midol is amazing

I take a couple Midol, but my hot water bottle on my stomach, and try to nap until it goes away.

What about during the school day?

Just painkillers usually.
I sit on the couch in a hunched over position with a heat compress of some kind. :p I've found that taking a painkiller before the cramps, or before they get severe helps a lot too. Obviously painkillers would help anytime, but this way I can avoid more of the pain and discomfort.
I also take baths with a fair amount of epsom salt in the water. Though I only do that when it gets really bad because it's the most tedious out of all my little remedies. :p
I love an epsom salt bath

@repeters1027: Because once you get it supposedly you're entering puberty that's why its abnormal as well. 2 or 3 years later your body gets the message and it becomes normal. Mine was normal, but now it isn't because I have a lot of anger issues. Strong emotions can mess it up, but it will become normal again once I calm down lol.

@AnonymousJSS: Emotions are a b*tch.
