I think India needs more presence of feminism. The women there are treated so horribly.

Oh yes we have shitty things like sati where women were Burned wlong with theri husband's luckily those have stopped. There are still places where rape culture is seen and is ok. Where the blame is on the women. We still have the dowry system in my state where the womans family has to pay the man's family a certain amount mostly in gold for marrying their daughter. These are minorities but it's still relevant.
