have you made roast potatoes and you put hard herbs in the last 20 mins

Normally do that after I've boiled the potato a little and cut a hole into the spud.
Normally take pickled carrots with herbs and fill the holes and place cut portion on top of hole.
Bake for 20-30 minutes☺️
