Three weeks in Italy with my girlfriend, or a week at Disney with my family

A country where you can enjoy good landscapes, good archtiecture, good food or an expensive fake themed park? Also many areas of Italy (especially South) are kind of cheap compared to other countries.

Is there a three weeks at Disney with your girlfriend possibility instead? That would be more better. Otherwise Italy would be best.
