Most disgusting dare you've ever done / ever gave someone?

a few come to mind.
1. a friend dared me to eat a freshly squished spider for £10, so i did
2. same friend dared me to eat a mouthful out of the waste tub at work (i work in a care home and at meal times we scrape the old people’s leftovers into a tub...). i ate it and honestly nearly threw up. the thought of there being half chewed old people food in my mouth... 😬
3. i ate a half eaten sausage by a bin outside a nightclub because someone dared me to

Not really a dare, more of a requirement, but when I was young first time pot smokers had to drink the bong water.
