Trump early onset dementia?

So lately there's been a lot of talk about Trump being mentally unfit to serve as president, then yesterday he gives a speech about Jerusalem and his speech becomes terribly slurred. I imagine it was probably just "cotton-mouth" But I found it laughingly ironic.

How many speeches have you given with nothing to drink? Does that mean you have early dementia?

@TheProphet I already said it was probably "cotton mouth" (thus needing a drink of water) ....and yes, I've given speeches where my lips feel glued together, it's mostly the irony I was pointing out.

@Coyotedave611 Well, the slurring could have been dubbed in on the fly by someone recording the speech, giving the impression he was slurring and creating a false narrative where there was none.
