Study for one hour..no one see..but pick up the phone for just a minute..then suddenly Dad or Mom enters the room :/

Sounds like you cannot get away with anything.
When taking a revision break its best to use different senses to those used for revision.For example listen to music.

Studies show that you get better results from studying if you takes a break every 50 minutes or so....you could tell your parents that you're taking a brain break ☺
