Yeah. The guy that I felt the most connection with ever was 16 years younger than me. Thats a strange concept and I couldn’t believe that happened to me but it did. After talking about it to my coworker who is 15 years older than her husband and another who was 17 years older than her husband. I decided that maybe it’ll be okay. If me and this guy still knew each other after he turns 20/21. He was only 18 when I met him and that’s cringy.

@bhatjc No we don’t see each other now at the moment. He went away to finish his last year of studying. He finishes next year but I don’t know what his plans are and if he plans to return here to his home town. We saw each other the night before he left but 6 months after that we’ve kind of lost touch. He’s 20 years old now. We never actually dated as he was only 19 last time I saw him and also I didn’t want to end up with a broken heart if he never returned.

It depends on the man. Mostly, I have no interest in younger men, unless he can produce a degree of maturity that few have been able to demonstrate to me in my dating life.
With that said, though... a few guys on here have had me revisit my decision not to date younger recently, and I'm grateful for the fact that they showed me that I might have been too hasty in protecting myself from them hurting me.

At 24, even going a few years younger seems to make a difference in maturity. I am generally interested in people my age or older.
