I am sorry to hear... I hope it is type 2 .. It can be controlled by medicine, exercise and drinking water and not consuming sugar containing food... even if it is type 1, it can be helped... just don't stress out... it does not help, and it is not good for you..

I'm sorry to hear that. Where i live many people have it (type2), from family and lots of work colleagues. From what others have said it requires some adapting to it, but you can have a good life still.
@RemovedUsername705878 A1C is a number given that tells you what your sugar has been running over the past 90 days. The numbers are then converted to a scale that signifies how much it's under controlled. Example: A normal glucose reading, or (blood sugar) should be on a scale of 70-150. After 150, you're considered high, and below 70, it's low. If my A1C was showing a glucose reading of 115, that would put me at a 5.9, which means it's controlled.
