I Am Feeling Confused and Unsure

I feel terrible for my new landlord. Shes 65 and her husband is 75 and he has dementia. She works fulltime and she has had terrible luck with tenants. She lives on the first floor and i moved into the third. The guy on the second is really loud and inconsiderate to her.
I was in that situation with loud inconsiderate neighbors for 6 years. Thats why i moved. Now shes going through it.

She wants me to help her evict him but i kind of dont want to get involved. She wants me to accompany her to court to help her with paperwork. Idk what to do. I kind of dont want to get involved but it hurts me to see her cry and suffer.

Yeah that's a tough situation. I mean you could certainly draft a letter of support I'm not sure I would go so far as to accompany anyone to court. I'm guessing she has already has issued him noise complaints? I mean if she has she might want to just ask him to leave otherwise she will evict him. If he's not responsive then yeah she'll have to go through the eviction process but as a landlord it's her responsibility to know what forms to fill out and to know the various tenant acts of that region. It is sticky though because yes you don't know want to see anyone suffer but you also don't want to make anyone else's problems your own.

@MrBlueGuy yeah true. Shes an old lady and hardly speaks english.
@DarkSideoftheMoon Do you speak her native language? Because if not it would be better if she goes with someone who does regardless or really contact an attorney that does because they'd be even more helpful.
