I Am Feeling Confused and Unsure

I feel terrible for my new landlord. Shes 65 and her husband is 75 and he has dementia. She works fulltime and she has had terrible luck with tenants. She lives on the first floor and i moved into the third. The guy on the second is really loud and inconsiderate to her.
I was in that situation with loud inconsiderate neighbors for 6 years. Thats why i moved. Now shes going through it.

She wants me to help her evict him but i kind of dont want to get involved. She wants me to accompany her to court to help her with paperwork. Idk what to do. I kind of dont want to get involved but it hurts me to see her cry and suffer.

Decide in yourself. Follow your gut and how you care emotionally. There is way to say, if they have these conditions, needing support in income in rental the tenants aren't liable, but some people are untenable and can be too much.

@SW-User idk if she can legally evict him based on noise. I think its complicated

@DarkSideoftheMoon It will be complicated and best based if it goes to law to express how it interferes with her life in health.

@SW-User i think she needs police reports

@DarkSideoftheMoon She will need that, likely repeatedly. As what I said is also true, the tenant is not responsible for if they need help in income with offering apartments to rent. Cohabitating a place is always difficult.

@SW-User she said once hes gone she wants to leave that apartment empty and just keep me on the third floor.
