It’s lingering around

There should be no reason for me to be feeling down or I should say I don’t think anything caused it. Trying to pretend it’s not there and not thinking about it

Breathe. Think lovely thoughts, create a safe place in your mind to go to. It works. It is like meditation. When you are there, you control all things around you. Life can be hard.
