No motivation

No motivation to do anything but go to work and come home. Can’t get out of the comfort zone. Any suggestions?

I mean with COVID I don’t think anyone else is really stretching outside their comfort zone either. The grocery store is my leisure activity now.

Take 10 minutes and stop everything that you are doing. Close your eyes. No thoughts. Breathe.
Then get up.
