How to deal with covid depression?

The only thing that has been working for me is to get out into nature. And trying to ignore all the negative in life. it's not easy but I have survived; so far.
Look within for good-feeling thoughts.
Find safe places for walking in nature.
Stay in touch with those you care about and who care about you.
Follow your feelings to those things which align you with your True Being.
Count your blessings.
Meditate.
