I Think Good Health and Physical Fitness Is a Top Priority

21 minutes of brisk walking per day or 150 minutes total per week (or 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week). I’ve been walking daily for the last week and I’m starting to look forward to going out every day.

If you’ve been sedentary (like me) for awhile now, it’s the best place to start!
I’ve been listening to the birds sing 🎶 , and looking out for the green grass and today I got some wonderful sun! ☀️

So many benefits! I drink more water, increasing my range of motion on my right side (mastectomy), legs getting toned. @yeronlyman
