Wow I wish I could fix my sleep pattern sooner. I just realized that the lack of sleep is taking a toll on everything now

@wackidywack that's good. Fix a specific time (example 7 am) and wake up at that time everyday no matter how tired you feel. It takes a little over two days for your body to adjust.
