@MrAboo If he formally declares his candidacy, he will be under campaign finance laws. Now, he can do anything he wants with the money people send him. I think he'll "run" in the sense that he'll hold rallies and criticize Biden, but he won't formally declare until it's too late for any other Republican to run. If anyone else declares now, Trump will go ballistic and lash out at them.
