If a guy knows you like him and not sure if your cousin likes him too. But he tells you he wants both of you and you pretend to be cool with it then he leaves you for the cousin when he knew you wanted him way more. Did he ever find himself attracted to you at all? Or just liked the attention you gave him? (Not speaking from experience)

There are many factors in attraction. It's impossible to enumerate all of them and analyze them in isolation. For whatever reason, this guy came down on wanting the cousin more. That may not seem fair, but life is seldom fair, and attraction is seldom rational.

Most guys would keep going with both as long as they could. More likely the cousin gave him an ultimatum to choose, and he went with her. Doesn't mean he wasnt attracted to you, just a matter of relative strengths (so to speak)
