I Am So Confused

my boss keeps adding to my workload, on top of that he strangely asked me to wash his teacup. I reached out to my bf and he told me that I should man up n just do what my boss wants and I'm petty. I feel like everyone bullies me....I need to set some boundaries... But I'm more hurt by my bfs lack of support....cause at his work a coworker cried and he offered her help.
