all that expanse of sand and the feeling you could walk on forever..

I love that feeling tbh.

The last time I went to a beach to just enjoy the serene waves with my feet dug in the sand was an enjoyable experience.

@SW-User It depends on where you are in the country. The southern end is actually cooler as compared to the other part of the country.
