I don't know what you're looking for on SW, for me it's just a place to pop in, and see what's on peoples' minds. You might consider lowering your expectations, and simply enjoy yourself. ☺️

I think it's a common feeling almost everywhere online.
For me, digital connections don't feel as "substantial" as real life ones do.
It's just a little too hollow to be fulfilling.

I feel the same , I come here but mostly get disappointed. I'm looking for something but I'm not exactly sure what .

I think many people with substance gravitate to places like this looking for something even if they don’t know what. Connection, maybe, friendship, someone who understands; some even look for love. I think @LucyFuhr said it well.

I think if and when you do find whatever it is you are looking for, you will know. Even if it's subconsciously. I think we are all searching for something, it's in our heart.
