I Want to Lose 20 Pounds

Already Lost... 36 pounds already since early 2009 with nothing but diet change and eating smaller portions.

Tried the shakes and the pills there for a while but in late 2008 I bought a belt that I still have today.  When I bought it I couldn't get it around my fat middle.  At 311 pounds (my heaviest) I decided that I needed to lose it.  Was going to a 44 inch waist with only me to stop it.  So with exercise and diet it slowly started to come off.  Then I weighed myself and leveled out at 275 which I am still at.

The problem now is getting into a routine to work out and have an even diet.  I have plans to get to a 38 inch waist and shed another 40 pounds but I will be happy with 20 at this point.

If I can just the middle core taken care of (which is the hardest to control for men that have a belly to begin with) the rest will shape up fast.

That is my goal for the 2012 year to get to 255 or lower.  Got to do it slow to keep it from coming back...   I didn't pile it on in a week and it isn't going to shed in a week no matter how much we want it to...

Sweetheart you lost more than 36lbs since 2009. (Psst...how much did your ex wife weigh?? LOL!!!) In all seriousness, I know you travel most of the time. But you have to try to find a way to eat more fruits and vegetables. You eat too much processed stuff. Thank goodness you're finally laying off the dollar menu at McD's. :)

PS.... My ex weighed almost 298 lbs at her heaviest... I wasn't supposed to see the scale but I peeked when she stepped off.... LOL!!!!!

For me Monkey I wish I could cook.... I like to cook my meals and have it, It would be cheaper and better for me but alas since I travel so much I don't have the means to cook. Love to have home cooked food however...

Thanks Vignette... My ex has taken the shakes and stuff, she has yet to hold her weight at one place, but I think I am doing fine with this and will get it all under control in a couple of years...
