I Am Annoyed By Laziness

There are a few things in this world I just can't abide, and one of those is laziness.

It downright infuriates me, because when one person decides to be lazy, the non-lazy people are forced to pick up the slack, and that's really not fucking fair. How selfish and hedonistic (not to mention entitled) do you have to be to expect others to clean up after your messes, or do YOUR share of the work? I just want to take lazy people and bang their heads together.

Your looking at it all wrong.

When they fail and you pick up the slack you make yourself more marketable and instantaneously, respected, dependable and there for influential. As long as the boss sees it.

This can easily be used in your favor 🤷🏻‍♂️

@User41 Not ever in my experience, ever. The ones who do all the work just get assigned more responsibility and get less credit. It becomes expected for them to do extra.

in my experience people notice when you can outwork your employees.

If your a threat to your boss, an a threat to your cowerkers. That makes it tricky.

But if you can truly say if you weren’t there they’d all have to work harder your a commodity.

An you can use this to your advantage.

If no one sees that you should make it known. You deserve the recognition and it can only help your workplaces productivity.
