a possible way to get valuable information about how to prevent it is to use an ouja board and directly ask to a spirit, that require you to be an expert of occultism or at least someone that is able to protect himself from the attempts of hurting that an evil spirit could cause (beatings , sickness etc) since it is very very dangerous , so yeah eather find an expert ( you need a lot of intuition for that because the avearage expert in this matter is a secretice selfish and sometimes careless assholes who don't even like to make everyone know wabout what they are able to do ) of occultism , or be yourself prepeared to comunicate to a spirit , at that point start to do the proper questions to understand how and who is the cause of all those problems, because you see , if something bad doesn't happen to you now doesn't mean that nothing will ever try to make it happen , a sad example of that are the people who born with handicaps , that's caused by the damn plague of the reincarnation of course
