I Messed Up Again

So I messed up I did the 馃あ emoji after someone sent a photo of themselves to me. And I did not mean to hurt them and they took it as body shaming.

How do I respond.

All you can do is apologize, tell them what you did, and that you didn't mean it as body shaming. The rest is up to them.

Either own it or deny it. If you own it, explain what you meant and apologize their feelings got hurt. If you deny it, claim it was sent in error and apologize their feelings got hurt.

Are you sorry you did it, or sorry for the reaction you elicited? 馃

@easterniowegin sorry that I did it.

@Thatguy1998 then be a man...assume responsiblity for your actions, apologize, tell them you've learned a valuable lesson, and try to make it up to them.
