I Have Something I Need to Say

Happiness is not something you find. It is something you create and do. It does not automatically come to you.

I’m mesmerized by the fact everything is in our own minds. How our emotions can be redirected through thought. And how when we stay busy our mind is actually more at peace, and more “happy”.

@LadyGrace I know you do not. but those were not my words and are from a comedian. and that is always a subjective issue. it came at the same point but from a different direction. but I agree with you wholeheartedly about seeking out what you need to make you happy.
