I Need Romance and Passion

One thing I learned in the 19 years I was married is that you need romance. All those years I never had any from him. I thought I would be ok because we got along fine, shared everything etc

But, one day it dawned on me. You can’t call it a “romantic relationship” without....romance! Otherwise, it’s a friendship. That’s what separates a platonic relationship from one that is not.

It’s something I’ve craved for so long, I wonder what it will feel like when I actually get it? I initiated things, I would do romantic things, just never got it in return.

I’ll tell you - soul searching can be eye opening lol
