I Was Fired

I was fired for calling out too many times I’m pregnant and deal with morning sickness. Isn’t that against the law

I would think it would be. You can’t be fired for medical issues. They have the right to put you on leave to resolve it.
She wasn't fired for medical issues. She was fired for not going to work due to illness she hadn't documented as a medical issue.

An agreeable compromise might have been reached through discussion but that didn't happen. @Muthafukajones

That makes it harder. It should have some redress available.@Mamapolo2016
Maybe unemployment.

There are legitimate reasons for frequent calloffs, but the employer still needs to run their business, and the employee needs to document with doctors' statements, etc. At the very least a sit-down talk with the boss.

Morning sickness? Request to be scheduled evening shift. @Muthafukajones
