There was a time when my hair was starting to thin out but it was due to lack of sleep, stress and over styling it. Now I just keep it simple, I only use herbal shampoos. I read somewhere that you shouldn't put anything on your body that you wouldn't normally eat and that really makes sense to me so I avoid chemicals as much as I can. Castor and coconut oil are amazing. I usually mix a lot of oils together and I apply them and keep them overnight and wash the hair in the morning. I hope you find these tips to be helpful :)
