I Am Scared of Relationships

My first one was at age 20 and my second age 23. Both went downhill. I haven't dated in 5 years well 4 in a half years and I am don't with meaningless relationships. I got hurt so bad. In my frist relationship, I dated my first boyfriend for about 8 months from August 2009 to April 2010. and he ended up cheating on me and lying straight to my face. Then my second relationship lasted almost a year. Well 11 months from July 2012-June 2013. He was a real jerk to me and I tried to hard to make him happy and pleasing him but he ended up being more angry. He criticized me for wanting to lose weight and loves me plumb. It started in our 7th month together. My life is so much better and happier without him in it. My friends tried introducing me to guys but I keep rejecting them. My friends kept saying I'm scared of a real relationship but I'm not.
