What i'm watching NOW

There is a hidden reason for the mess here, and i select what i see after aleatorically looking at the options of the 4 stacks on the little shelf, and everytime i actually finish something is proof that something mysterious guided me to it, and this time was a 30 minute Nuri Bilge Ceylan interview on the Uzak disc. When i selected it i thought it was the first one, as i haven't memorized the order of the films yet, and it turned out to be the first one in color i think, about a photographer and his messy brother. Ceylan speaks in english very well, and very down to earth, and concise explaining of his working method, having a small budget and crew, prefering amateur actors, a deep gratitude towards the Cannes film festival for being able to sell his films and so on. Now a 40 minute making of documentary, which i started before having this break, clearer visual quality, and laughing Turkish people, making a movie. It's so nice to see. Ceylan's films are very austere and minimalistic, so to see them having fun puts a comforting human element to his work.
