Blu-ray box sets - a whole new world
beginnings of my last grande phase of collecting
1. Ingmar Bergman's Cinema
39 films on 30 blu rays, will be my first blu ray only set, arriving either this week or next, here's a playlist of 29 currently videos about it, OBSESSED would be putting it mildly! About 75 hours of film plus supplements, their 3rd biggest set i believe, after The Olympic, and 50 Years of Janus sets, Criterion is doing the best job out there for arthouse cinema, long may they continue!

2. The Complete Films of Agnès Varda
3. Essential Fellini - this was released on this day, November 24, i plan on getting these 2 together in February, when i will be able to enjoy blu ray down here, oh boy, so EXCITED!!
4. Zatoichi - could be the next biggie, but i dunno after the first 3 above, i might have to start getting spooky season stuff.
It is inevitable that Criterion will release a comprehensive Fassbinder set, i just hope i'll be alive then and that HOPEFULLY it'll be as complete as possible.
