I Am A Sith

It's cool how the electrical apprenticeship program I am in works so much like the Sith and the Rule of Two. One master electrician and one apprentice makes up a team. The apprentice works with/for the master electrician and learns everything they know.

@Pfuzylogic it's all politics and unfortunately some people dont get that. Like the hall I work for has an abysmal market share and they seem to make no tangible effort to remedy that.

They think they can just coast here forever but that isnt how that works. You either get stronger or you get weaker. If things continue on this trend this local probably wont last another 10 years without outside help from people higher in the organization.

@Pfuzylogic I can imagine! Theres a Ford plantation near where i live too but the union hasn't even stuck a toe in it i dont think.

But theres another contractor that is our bread and butter. If they left and be boned just like that.

Diversification is key.
