I Overcame Depression

I was deeply unhappy, although not clinically depressed and apart from making a few changes to my lifestyle, I just stopped questioning life and things and started accepting them and dealing with them for what they are and will be. Whether the things we experience are because of destiny or because they're completely random is not my problem to solve and does not affect the fact that they are very real and must be dealt with. I continue to be hopeful about the things I want to achieve, but I also accept the truth that anything can happen and even if the worst does happen, we'll be okay in the end. If one thing doesn't work, we'll try something else. I stopped painting a supposedly "perfect picture" of what life should be, when everything is perfect, because apparently, that's how it's supposed to be (thank social media for that). But I and most others will tell you that it isn't. It is what it is. Accept it. If you're unhappy about something, do something to change things, to get the things you want, but at the same time, accept that there are factors outside your control. Strive to be the best version of yourself that you think is the best and be competitive, but don't always compare yourself to others. Someone better off than you in one part of life, may have it a lot worse than you in another. We've all got problems. Just deal with them. Face them head on. That's what I've learned.

That is what all the ascended masters say. They also say that we must learn this for ourselves and that all answers are inside us. Never underestimate the power of planting a seed however. You have planted the seed for many. Continue on in your growth!
