I Am In a Relationship But I Don't Feel Loved

My boyfriend don't make time for me. I tried talking to him yesterday Abt me day when I came home and he was looking at videos on his phone... I asked him if he can put the phone away and make time for the two of us.... He said 'yes... Talk I'm listening'. But he didn't put down the phone... After a while I got upset and started shouting and now he not speaking to me.

He should give you more attention. But, some people can listen while not looking at you. A lot of people do that. I often don't look at people when they are talking but I am listening intently. I don't know if he was giving you the proper amount of attention or not but I am just throwing out a possibility. People are too attached to their phones.
